Asylum seekers fight for access to the job market in court

In Austria, asylum seekers only have limited access to the labour market. In January 2020, two judgments by the Federal Administrative Court in Vienna were issued, in which the appeal of two asylum seekers was upheld. This means that five judgments by the Federal Administrative Court are now known, in which the restricted access for asylum seekers to the Austrian labour market have been lifted.
